The start of a new interior design project is always exciting but the final phase is what makes a project shine. Incorporating textures, finishes, and unique finds into a design is what makes it each space special and one of a kind. Here are some unique objects and finishes to incorporate into your next interior design projects.
Galvanized Metal - is one of my favorite finishes to use. It works great with an industrial look but it can also be used to add some interest in just about any style and the neutral color works great with a multitude of color schemes.

Baskets and weaved materials are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and color this type of finish is versatile and can be integrated into any design style. Create unique wall displays, light fixtures, or use them for decorative storage solutions. Baskets are multitaskers - they are beautiful and functional.

Wood - adds warmth to any room. Find interesting ways to incorporate it into your space. The beauty of wood lies in the natural aspects of the material like the grain and color. These elements can be manipulated but my favorite applications are when the wood is displayed and used in it's natural state.
